Partnership
The edge isn't won in the ring. It's built outside it.
Get a handle on everything outside the ring — the nerves, the pressure, the noise in your head — so you and your horse perform at your best when it matters most.
You've done the training. So why doesn't it show up on the day?
The early mornings, the lessons, the hours in the saddle — your horse is ready and so is your riding. But when the pressure comes on, something between the warm-up and the arena gets in the way.
- The nerves that hijack your hands the moment you enter at A.
- Overthinking between fences instead of riding what's in front of you.
- The self-doubt your horse feels before you've even asked the question.
- Rounds that are effortless at home but vanish when it counts.
- One rail, one green moment — and the mental spiral that follows you all day.
"Your horse feels everything you feel. Steady the rider, and you steady the round."
The competitive edge isn't only fitness and flatwork. It's the mind that carries them — because the tension you bring into the ring travels straight down the reins. Managing what happens outside the ring is how you free up what happens inside it.

An equestrian mental performance coach who's been in the saddle herself.
Britt helps competitive riders win the game that's really played in the mind — getting a handle on everything outside the ring so it shows up, calm and clear, inside it.
She pairs genuine sport-psychology training with years of lived experience competing, and a deep understanding of how a rider's nerves and pressure ripple straight into the horse. It's coaching built by someone who knows both the arena and the science behind performing in it. The tools provided have multiple uses across many domains of your life.
Because the edge isn't just won in the ring — it's built outside it.
What riders say
I am now getting my best results I've ever gotten since working with you.
I've started using these tools in many other areas of my life and it's like I am living a new life and seeing everything so differently and clearly now.
I didn't really know what to expect, I was just at a loss of what to do because I have spent thousands and thousands on riding lessons and can't seem to get any better. This exceeded my expectations. I have improved more in two sessions with Britt than I did with years of professional lessons.
Questions riders ask
Is this riding coaching?
No — this is the mental side of performance. Your riding coach builds your technique; this partnership builds the mindset that lets that technique show up under pressure, on competition day. The two work beautifully together.
How is it delivered?
Everything is delivered via telehealth — sessions by video, plus WhatsApp and call support around your event — so it works wherever you're based and whichever circuit you're competing on.
Do I need to be at a certain level to work with you?
Not at all. What matters is that you're competing (or preparing to) and you're ready to work on the mental game. The partnership is tailored to you, your discipline and your goals.
What actually happens in the Concierge Support?
Across your event — up to two days — you have Britt on WhatsApp and call for the moments that matter: the nervy warm-up, the wait between classes, the reset after a tough round. It's support exactly when the pressure is highest.
Is a counsellor the same as a psychologist?
No. Britt is a Masters-qualified counsellor and mental health practitioner and a Professional Member of the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, working in mental performance and wellbeing coaching. It's genuine, qualified support focused on helping you perform — not clinical treatment.
Is this therapy?
No — this is performance coaching, not therapy. Whilst Britt is an accredited and registered mental health clinician, this service is delivered in a coaching context — so you receive comprehensive, expert-informed support focused on your performance, mindset and wellbeing as a rider, rather than clinical treatment. It means you get the depth of genuine professional training applied to your competitive goals. And if anything arises that's better suited to a therapeutic or clinical setting, Britt will always guide you to the right support.
Can Britt come to my event in person?
Yes. Support is delivered via telehealth as standard, which keeps it flexible wherever you compete. If you'd like Britt on the ground with you at an event, that can be arranged on request — travel, accommodation and any related costs are covered by the rider, and you'll always know exactly what's involved before anything is confirmed.
Is the price inclusive of GST?
Yes — the $1,950 investment is inclusive of GST, so the figure you see is the figure you pay for the package as described.
How do I get started?
Apply below with a few details about you and your riding. Britt reviews every application personally and will be in touch to see if it's the right fit — your application is simply the start of a conversation.
What competition dates do you need from me?
Please include the date of the competition this package is built around with your application, so your support can be planned to the day. If you're applying with hopes of longer or season-long support, add those dates and details too — the earlier Britt has the full picture, the better each event can be prepared for.
Do you offer refunds or guarantee performance outcomes?
Britt shares expert guidance, strategies and tools — but every rider, horse and competition is different, so performance outcomes can't be guaranteed. All recommendations are offered as advice for you to consider, and the decisions you make remain your own; Britt isn't responsible for those choices. Services are paid in advance and are non-refundable, unless expressly agreed otherwise in particular circumstances.
The riding is ready. Let's get your head there too.
Tell Britt a little about you and your goals. Every application is read personally — this is the start of a conversation, not a commitment.
